Brunch s novou hrou + Cena Evalda Schorma

A sunny tasting of contemporary drama that will satisfy the eyes and the stomach.

On the occasion of celebrating 20 years of its existence, Divadlo LETÍ will present a special edition of the successful series Dinner with a new play, in which the audience will be served several new plays and a varied brunch in one afternoon. The tasting of contemporary drama, which will satiate the eyes and the stomach, will also be connected with the announcement of the winners of the Evald Schorm Award, which is awarded to students by the Dilia agency.

This time the original concept of the theater tasting will take place in the open air.

As part of the brunch with a new play, a sample of the winning text of the Evald Schorm Award will be offered as well as a brand new play created by the author's workshop for young authors led by David Košťák by Adély Holemé, Barbara Janečková and Šimon Lorek.

Evald Schorm Award The basic goal is to support and motivate young authors and translators in their creative work. Thanks to the Evald Schorm Prize, their works can reach a wider theatrical context than the academic ground itself. During its existence, the Evald Schorm Award became, alongside the Alfréd Radok Award, a prestigious award recognized not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad.
