About event
This is an advanced course, following on from the course "Flat foot and bunion."
1. part of the course is a complete repetition of the first course.
2. part is a deeper theory of anatomy and testing several instructions for the ideal setting of the feet in a static and dynamic position.
3. part is about releasing the fascia in the entire shin and calf for better foot activity.
In the 4th part of the course, follow-up exercises for the feet will be practiced as more difficult variants of the basic exercises.
In 5 parts will include variations of exercises for the strength of the fingers themselves.
In the last, 6th part, we will learn to load the feet with full weight for their strength and automation permanent function.

After completing the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
