Breathwork – Geführte meditative Reise mit Christian Reiger

🌬️ Breathwork - Guided meditative journey

Address: Bella Volen Galerie, Landesgerichtsstraße 6, Vienna 1010
Start at 7 p.m.
Arrive between6:40 and 6:55 p.m.

Breathwork is a journey inward - an encounter with the unconscious, carried and guided by the breath. In our often hectic everyday lives, it is not always easy for us to take a step back and see the bigger picture. It is all the more astonishing how quickly our inner perception can change when we consciously connect with our breath.

The invitation to you is to trustingly surrender to the breath and open yourself to new experiences, insights and inner spaces. It is your very personal journey.

Accompanied by music and Christian's calm voice, the session takes place in a protected, darkened room.
The windows are covered with curtains so that you can let go undisturbed and come to yourself.

Scientific studies show that conscious breathing techniques can activate the vagus nerve, reduce stress hormones and have a positive effect on heart rate and blood pressure. Breathwork can help to release emotional tension, calm the nervous system and promote a state of deep relaxation, clarity and inner presence.

Many people experience breathwork as a healing experience in which stuck emotions are moved, new insights emerge and a deeper connection to themselves is felt. A space can be created for inner peace, self-confidence, connection and your own inner wisdom.
