Come with the children at the Brazilian martial arts lesson Capoeira, which is an integral part of Brazilian culture. Combines the fight, music, acrobatics and dance.

Brazilian martial arts that combine elements of fighting, acrobatics, music and dance.
Why is it good for children? a sense of rhythm. It improves fitness, flexibility, coordination, strength and speed. In addition, trainings also support human qualities such as tolerance, responsibility and self -confidence. Children gradually fulfill their potential and together they recognize the diversity of Brazilian culture. It is not about being physically more fit than the other. The point is to develop their movement skills comprehensively and use them in the dialogue of the body and mind accompanied by rhythmic music.
When do we train?
Every Thursday from 4 pm 16.50.

Price?
4 000 CZK for half -year (20% discount for siblings). Payment to the account up to a test lesson.
What to have with you?
Children just drink and something looser. We practice barefoot.
