Dear members of the Lithuanian community in Berlin,
we kindly invite you to the report-election meeting of members of the Lithuanian community in Berlin, which will be held in 2026. January 25, 12:00 p.m., at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania, Charitéstraße 9, 10117 Berlin.
Agenda of the meeting:
1. Opening of the meeting;
2. Speeches of the Chairman of the BLB Board and other members of the BLB Board;
3. Presentation of the 2024-2025 report of the BLB Board;
4. Report of the control commission;
5. Speeches of meeting participants;
6. Formation of the election commission;
7. Presentation of candidates for BLB board members;
8. Voting;
9. Counting of election votes, announcement of results;
10. Introduction of the newly elected BLB board;
11. General discussions;
12. Closing of the meeting.
The NEW BLB BOARD will be elected during the meeting!
We invite all those who want to contribute to the further existence of BLB to apply. All persons who have PAID THE MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE YEAR 2026 and have at least 6 MONTHS of BLB membership on election day can apply. January 22 email e-mail valdyba@berlynas.vlbe.org.
