👉 Juraj Probala - is an active networker, connector and community leader who is dedicated to employer branding, communication and support of the business environment. As Branch Manager of the Košice branch of Bezcyklenia, he connects company founders and leaders in the community, which today has more than 130 members in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

He also works as Chief Growth Officer in the marketing agency Idea Element, where he focuses on the development of employer brands and the growth of client projects within employer branding.

He is the founder of the community of marketing leaders in Slovakia, the author of the popular newsletter Future Ready on LinkedIn and he is launching other platforms for start-up entrepreneurs that will help them turn their visions into real projects.

In the past, he headed the communication, marketing and PR department at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia. He was a member of the jury of the BEA World (world event "Oscars") and Best Employer 2023 competitions, where he contributed to the evaluation of the best projects in employer branding and HR communication.


His mission today is about connecting people, supporting their potential and bringing inspiration on their career or business journey.

"Data fucker" with a passion for data-based decision-making in marketing and HR. Enthusiast for education and education. Former director of marketing (CMO) and communication manager of the largest job portals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as one of the TOP 50 creators on LinkedIn. In addition, he taught and wrote textbooks on economics and entrepreneurship development.

He worked his way up from teaching high school students to the position of marketing director at Profesia.sk. He is the co-author of several methodological manuals of economics for teachers. In Profesia.sk, in addition to leading the marketing team, he also implemented several successful projects. Among them are HRclub.sk, which was ahead of its time and became the first community site for the HR community in Slovakia, the HR Days conference, but also the restart of Profesia Days after the pandemic break in Bratislava and Košice. One of the most important projects is Edujobs.sk, which helps Slovak schools recruit new teachers.
