Who is the course intended for?

for individuals on a gluten-free diet (or other intolerances and allergies – necessary put in a note when filling out the forms)
for beginners and advanced gluten-free dieters

What are we going to prepare?

Yeast lids/baguettes
Rolls with tangzhong and Khachapuri/Georgian bread
Lasagne, noodles, spaghetti
Muffins/doughnuts/doughnuts

I will guide you properly step by step gluten-free diet
after baking, you taste and answer questions, you take the rest of the baked goods home (take-away boxes)
refreshments are available during the course (coffee, tea, mineral water, small tastings of gluten-free baking)
everything needed for the course (ingredients, recipes, sourdough...) is provided as part of the course fee
the course takes place in a pleasant, clean environment
during the cooking and baking we will talk about the gluten-free diet
we will show various gadgets
