9. (Saturday) at 9h will take place gluten-free baking and leavening in Dolní Branná (Giant Mountains)

-for beginners and advanced in gluten-free diet
-pro professionals in the gastro industry (restaurants, bakeries,… ..), which are interested not only gluten-free diet
What do we prepare? (Wreaths, Eclairy ..

-all needed for the course is provided eg: raw materials, recipes, sourdoughs
-during cooking and baking we will talk about a gluten-free diet, show various gadgets
range from 9h-about 13/14h (about 4-5h)
