for professionals in the gastro industry (restaurants, bakeries, schools,… ..), which are interested not only gluten -free diet, but also healthy ways of baking, cooking and gastro equipment. Agriculture, bread of scarf, burger buns and rolls, fruit flowered cake
-I will properly step by step during a gluten-free diet
