About event
The Vihorlat Library in Humenné invites you to a meeting with Julia Marcinová and a discussion about her exceptional book - where you published, Milk Ask. Literally overwhelmed the Slovak book market, the readers asked for a few print.
The novel is about one particular family, but it is written so brilliantly that in some way it concerns almost every family in Slovakia. The author touched many readers and readers with her strong story.
Júlia Marcinová is an ethnologist, writer and director of the Regional Cultural Center in Žilina. Her professional ethnological interest focuses mainly (but not only) on the culture of clothing in Slovakia.
After the discussion there will also be space for a small autograph session.
