Many people think that Indian food is spicy and difficult to prepare. Chef Shrey Kadam will convince you that it is not. In his book full of aromas, colors and spices, you will find many simple recipes.

Shrey studied in Switzerland, worked in London, but found love in Slovakia and has already stayed here and opened a successful Indian restaurant. He inherited his passion and feeling for cooking from his mother, who every day told through her food what she could not express in words. Thanks to the first Indian cookbook from Slovakia, you can also cook according to traditional family recipes, even if you are not an experienced cook.
