About event
🌺Loving touch and sharing in the circle of women - I invite you, dear woman, to a course taking place in a peaceful atmosphere, where we adapt to the needs of children as much as possible - you can feed them, change their diapers or carry them in your arms at any time.
🌺You will learn the correct technique of infant massage, which supports the healthy development of the child not only physically, but also psychologically.
🌺During each lesson we will also create a space for mothers to share their experiences, joys and challenges associated with early motherhood. Together we will create a supportive environment where you can share your stories and draw inspiration from others.
🌺Touch is a wonderful form of communication, our little ones need it all the more, because it is through attention, tenderness, love and contact that they receive the signal that they are well taken care of and that they can relax and feel safe and satisfied.
🌺How does baby massage help?
- deepens the bond between parents and with children
-babies sleep more peacefully, have better immunity
-relieves stress and tension
-helps to remove postpartum trauma
-positively affects physical and psychological development
-helps to develop motor skills, improves blood flow, breathing
-increases confidence
-helps to calm colic, teething
