About event
This is the story of the Mexican Woodstock…
In 1971, a simple idea for a car race and rock concert spiraled out of control—accidentally giving birth to Avándaro, the wildest festival in Mexico’s history.
Autos, Mota and Rock ’n’ Roll reimagines that unforgettable moment with irreverent humor and a witty mockumentary style, blending fictional interviews, archival footage, and raw Super 8 energy.
Get ready for a hilarious and rebellious ride into the chaos, music, and spirit that defined a generation.
✨ Don’t miss the film that brings Avándaro back to life—the outrageous “Mexican Woodstock”!
SPECIAL GUEST: Acclaimed actor Enrique Arrizon, known for his starring role in the hit Apple TV+ series Acapulco, will be in attendance for a post-screening Q&A. After party at Hey Love (920 E Burnside St.), located in the lobby of Jupiter NEXT Hotel.
