< br/>Authentic Relating Games
=================
Authentic relating games are various exercises and activities in which we can explore the way we relate to others. It helps us to limit interactions with different rules. I try to do this with a greater degree of truthfulness to others and to myself than is usual for me in everyday life. I invite you to talk openly about the feelings and thoughts that being with another person evokes in us. At the same time, I strive for a brave and safe space where we can explore our limits. It can often be fun, and a good place to bond with others and get to know yourself better.

About the facilitators

Štěpán Knetl
AR and has been involved in circling since 2020, mainly at the Connection Institute (Relational Leadership Academy) and also with ART International. At the same time, he is in the third year of integrative training in Life Dynamic coaching and therapeutic skills. His great passion is contact improvisation.
Adam Wichera
For over 10 years, he has been engaged in experiential pedagogy as part of children's camps and other events of the Brehoni section, co-founder of one of the largest community housing projects in Prague, graduate of AR the ART International course, the Radical Honesty course led by Sebastian James and the Psychological Risk Management course by PSL. Facilitator of AR and Circling workshops.
