🔹 WHAT IS AUTHENTIC RELATING TRAINING? 🔹
In Authentic Relating we practice consciously and honestly connecting with others.
Authentic - being authentic: I am honest and transparent with what is going on within me.
Relating - being in relationship: I recognize that the person I am talking to has their own experience that is just as valid as mine.
"Level 1: Foundations" is structured so that you can use the tools you have learned directly can apply. With the help of self-reflection, playful exercises and very practical tools with which you can improve your communication skills, we build up, piece by piece, a toolbox that you can take with you into all your relationship contexts - no matter what previous experience or background you have.
This is not a lecture or seminar - this is a profound experience that will open your heart and mind and bring you deeply into contact with yourself and therefore with others will.

The course will take place on January 17th and 18th, 2026 in Berlin.

The course combines intensive training with enough space for connection. In doing so, we lean ever deeper into new types of authentic expression and try out what that feels like.
In addition to the course, you will receive:
✨ Course notes that will help you deepen your practice in everyday life
✨ Membership in the ART Graduates group on our community platform ARTland with access to regular Zoom calls, resources and the opportunity to speak with ART graduates to stay in touch and exchange all over the world

Pauline's work (and actually her entire work) has always been driven by a single question: "Why is that so?" to penetrate German bureaucracy and to convey to ordinary mortals why something is the way it is and how it benefits whom and when.
Nowadays, Pauline is more concerned with the finer nuances and patterns of interpersonal communication. As a certified mediator, coach and trainer, she accompanies couples, groups and individuals with a lot of courage and honesty through transformation processes and creates spaces for meaningful and sustainable change. Since 2019, Authentic Relating has been an essential building block in everything she does. Not only her work but especially her own relationships have since gained depth and richness.
