with a wonderful voice and creative nature, which is not afraid to risk and move the boundaries, aooj aphtab quickly built the reputation of one of the most important artists of the present. The latest achievement of Pakistan-American singer and composer is the evil record of Night Reign of last year, which won two Grammy nominations and hosted by its admirers Elvis Costello, Vijay Iyer and Moor Mother. The latter two have already performed at the Prague Sounds festival, just like Aftabin guitarist Gyan Riley - even the name Arooj Aftab must not be missing at this year's festival.
