Arjan Kleton | LOMP (Try-out) | Theater de Richel

We are stepping on our toes faster and faster, but aren't we going a bit too far? The Dutch are known for our (sometimes unsolicited) opinions, we are just a bit clumsy. But how do you measure that? It just depends on how you say it, when you say something and who you say it to. What can you still say and what absolutely cannot?

He no longer knows himself, so in his new performance 'Lomp' Arjan Kleton explores the boundaries between being frank and being seen as rude. The world today is woke, very woke. And clumsy at the same time. Arjan himself can sometimes be a bit clumsy, but now he wakes up.

Last but not least: after the performance, bartender & comedian Arjan Kleton makes cocktails for the audience in the theater bar. .
