After more than ten years, the wait for European symphonic metal fans is finally over. Former Nightwish singer Anette Olzon has announced her return to European stages, her first tour on the continent since 2012. This exclusive, limited-run tour will be entirely dedicated to the award-winning albums she recorded with Nightwish: Dark Passion Play (2007) and Imaginaerum (2011). Support will be provided by the band Nyvý.
Fans can look forward to a nostalgic and energetic show, which will include hits such as Amaranth, Bye Bye Beautiful, Storytime and The Poet and the Pendulum.
In particular, this tour will feature several songs from these albums that the band have never performed live during their tenure, making this event a historical milestone for fans of the symphonic metal genre.
