Anarchokapitalismus: Tresty

The December lecture from the cycle Anarchocapitalism will be devoted to punishments and the concept of punishment in general; and it will (at least for me) be challenging for many reasons. First of all, I will try to separate my personal views from anarcho-capitalism as such as much as possible, which will be needed here, but I am afraid that it will still be the same for many people. Next, I will come up with a criticism of something, to which I will not present a functional alternative; nevertheless, I consider this criticism so fundamental that I want to present it anyway. In addition, the issue of punishments is one area in which my opinion has shifted significantly in recent years, for example since the publication of the book Anarcho-kapitalismus or the lectures in Paralelní Polis; That's why I will be happy for any feedback!

The lecture will be Urza - author of the book Anarchocapitalism; creator of Freeport; co-founder and head of the Ludwig von Mises Institute; member of the Freedom of Learning board; a teacher at the independent school Hedgehog without a cage.
