AMUNI

Highlights of Bel Canto with young opera stars

Amunì – Sicilian for "Let's go."

Two young Opera singers at the beginning of their promising careers present an arias and duet evening between musical enjoyment and tightrope walking. “High, higher, highest” is how one could describe the concert program, which includes many well-known works of opera literature. All arias have one thing in common - they require a large vocal range and absolute virtuosity. The focus is on works of Italian and French Romanticism with highlights by Donizetti, Verdi, Offenbach and Gounod.
