Dear supporters of the Common Law Society,
Are you interested in current topics in the Czech judiciary? Do you want to learn more about them from someone with extensive experience in the judicial environment?
Then don't hesitate and arrive on 19.11. to room no. 117 at PF UK for a lecture with the president of the judicial union and judge of the Municipal Court in Prague, JUDr. Libor Vávra!
The discussion will focus on several key aspects of the functioning of the judiciary in the Czech Republic. We will discuss the path to the position of judge, the court map, professional staff and assistant judges, and we will also touch on a lay element that is very relevant these days - assistant judges.
Next, we will focus on the model of justice administration by the Ministry of Justice and the challenges brought by the digitization of the judiciary and much more!
The aim of the lecture is to open a discussion on these topics and to provide you with valuable information about the functioning of our judicial system.
