How to establish and lead a community, project or company so that they function long-term
Course CONFIDENTIAL communities, schools, companies 🌿
How to properly grasp a community, project or company so that
they have a clear framework, meaning,
so that people do not get lost in them, do not exhaust themselves
and so that their functioning brings benefits not only "inside", but also to society as a whole?
I invite you to of the second run of the course, which arose from real practice.
Not from theory, but from the experience of managing the community project Radostný svet, which has been operating for almost eight years.
During that time, I understood that long-term functioning projects stand on several pillars:
🍀 Self-knowledge is essential.
🍀 Freedom without rules does not work - we need to create rules together.
🍀 One must live what he says.
🍀 Openness and truthfulness are the basis of sustainability.
🍀 People need an environment where they can trust -
and where the fear of expressing themselves, failure or rejection gradually disappears.
🍀 The clear purpose of the project and its understanding by the inner circle is crucial.
🍀 The naming of roles and responsibilities in the project fundamentally affects its functioning.
What is on the course you will learn
The course is practical and experiential.
We will talk about how to do it concretely:
• how to establish and lead a project so that it has a solid framework and direction,
• how to clearly set and maintain the intention,
• how to conduct discussions, meetings and joint decision-making,
• how to maintain the values on which the project was created,
• how to approach financing,
• how managing conflicts and tense situations (non-violent communication),
• how to say yes and how to say no,
• why it makes sense to distinguish between the inner and outer circle of people in the project.
The course is concluded with a final thesis - each participant chooses a topic that needs to be deepened or clarified.
The form, scope and processing are up to you. It's about time for yourself, cleaning up your thoughts and strengthening your own leadership.
Lecturer
The course is led by Marica Laščeková – guide, lecturer and co-founder of the Radostný svet community education center. He has been dedicated to non-hierarchical leadership, respectful communication and intrinsically motivated education for a long time. In his work, he connects values with the reality of the daily functioning of projects, teams and communities. Her intention is to create environments that are functional, human and long-term sustainable.
