We invite VŠMU student to workshop on the prevention of sexual harassment, mobbing and mental health, which will take place on Friday, 25 April 2025 at 09:30 to 11:30 in the Small Concert Hall of the Music and Dance Faculty of VŠMU at Zochova 1. Myths about sexual harassment and bullying at universities
What forms can have sexual harassment and what are the recommended steps in such situations
Some data on the school situation in this area from a recent anonymous survey at VŠMU (even with several quotes by students/students)
What supports resilience (personal resistance) to toxic relations, disproportionate comments towards students, or between students and students and in the teacher's choir in schools
How to respond to disproportionate notes, ridicule, aggressive sarcasm, abuse of power status, incorrect behavior (situational schools). The size of the group is limited to 30 persons, registration is required
The workshop will be led by an experienced lecturer Dušan Ondrušek, (PhDr., PhD.). He founded and led the PDCS organization, which is involved in dialogue and alternative ways to resolve conflicts. As a coach and facilitator, he has so far led more than 40 countries in more than 40 countries. He is the author and co -author of 11 books. The group's capacity is limited to 30 persons, so registration is required.
