About event
The workshop is intended for everyone who wants to gain confidence in using the electronic mailbox on the Slovensko.sk portal and better understand electronic communication with the state. It is mainly aimed at teachers, adult users and seniors who wish to simplify the handling of official matters and learn how to safely and effectively receive, read and send official messages.
The aim of the workshop is to develop practical digital skills, support independence in the use of e-services of the state and increase participants' confidence in digital technologies. Participants will learn how to activate and manage their electronic mailbox, how to sign and send submissions, and will get an overview of the most common situations in practice, including solving problems with logging in or delivery.
