The aim of the lecture is to familiarize the participants with the concept of neurodiversity as the natural variability of the functioning of the human brain in the perception of stimuli and the processing of information. From an inclusive point of view, this concept changes the view of neurotic differences (Asperger's syndrome, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.) as "disorders" and defines pupils' needs in terms of sensitivity, social communication and climate in class.
