Ako byť mentor?

The aim of the “How to be mentor” training program is to integrate previous work and personal experiences with theoretical concepts and mentoring competences. After completing it, the participants will be able to lead the mentoring process in such a way that it effectively develops the knowledge, abilities, skills and attitudes of a mentally student. At the same time, participants will expand their knowledge in theory and develop communication skills and the methodology needed for professional growth in the field of mentoring. This will help enrich the individual model of training participant and will lead to the development of the professional identity of the mentor. In addition to interactive education, the training program also includes supervision lessons for education frequencies and opportunities to apply their knowledge to a number of working contexts. Advisers, managers, staff for human resources, who become mentors for colleagues and coordinate or manage development in organizations. At the same time, it is also suitable for leaders of volunteering, public or private sector. The training will be led by Mgr. Silvia Gallová, MCC and Mgr. Vladimír Hambálek. The program supervisors are certified by coaching/mentoring supervisors.

How is the program implemented? It will also work individually in the group. You will be guided to become an autonomous student and engage in dialogue to help you reflect and develop thinking, skills and attitudes of an effective mentor. You will have access to appropriate sources, many of them will be available through a virtual environment. You will learn using group discussion, individual coaching and supervision of practice, working projects, case studies and experience of lecturers, experiential activities. - October 3. 2025
