About event
Ágnes Grélinger – Hybrid bodies / somatic and ceramic workshop
What if a scar is not a closure, but an opening? What if the place where we hurt is the very point from which we can grow differently? ✨
We invite you to a workshop, which is a space for a bold and unconcealed meeting with your own body. Together we will explore the living relationship between imagination, corporeality and matter.
What awaits you?
🌀 Somatic practice: We slow down to be able to listen. Instead of thinking, we will experience the questions directly in the body and look for knowledge that is deeper than words.
🌀 Listening to the body: We will examine our own settings and the ways in which our body reacts to the world. What if the weight we carry can teach us to find a firm support in our own body?
🌀 Working with clay: We go through the entire arc from sensation to movement to form. The clay will accept what the body has discovered - our otherness, softness and strange new shapes.
Who is the workshop intended for? For everyone. No previous experience with movement or artwork is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
A new space opens up between tenderness and wildness. Come find out what lives in it. 🏺✨
