Come celebrate the rock wild boar's birthday!
After last year's successful European tour, American guitarist, songwriter and singer ADAM BOMB returns to the old continent to play several of his unique shows. During this year's European tour, he will perform 3 times as a special guest of SCORPIONS in French arenas, but mainly he will come to present the new album Live Dream, for the first time on vinyl.
The first mentions of Adam Bomb's musical career date back to 1979, when he founded the band Tyrant with singer Geoff Tate /Queensryche/ at the age of fourteen. However, the really turning point comes a year later, when he meets Eddie Van Halen and takes several guitar lessons with him. In the same year, he joins the group TKO in Seattle, with whom he later records his first album. In 1981, he was shortlisted in an audition for the vacant position of guitarist in the group Kiss and played 3 songs with them.
In 1982, he moved to Hollywood, where he lived and rehearsed in the same house with Izzy Stradlin /who later helped form Guns n'Roses/ and the group Black'n'Blue, which was just forming. He becomes friends with their guitarist Tommy Thayer (today Kiss/), who convinces him to go on a solo career. He fills in for Yngwie Malmsteen in Steeler, records with bassist Cliff Williams of AC/DC and forms his first regular band with ex-players of Aerosmith, Riot and Billy Idol.
Since then he has a number of solo albums (2 with his side project Get Animal), collaborations with many greats including Chuck Berry or bassist John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin and many others.
He adds incredibly to the line-up the talented French drummer Kid Leo and the returning bassist Paul Del Bello (Dobermann) from Italy.
The evening will be opened by the domestic group MORIGEN, whose ranks include the well-known bicman Pípa Landsinger (formerly SPS).
Come and have fun and steam to the rhythm of dirty rock'n'roll.
