Farewell to the retreat in Berlin - how I make my new phase of life fulfilling

The end of working life marks a significant transition in our lives and ask us the question: What do I do now? Now the transition to a new “freedom” follows with many design options. This phase offers the chance to let go of things that have not well -done and create new space for beautiful, pursue ideas and deepen relationships.

But this transition can also raise uncertainties and questions how "What comes next?", "How do I design my time?" And "What is the meaning of my existence without the daily work rhythm?". Taking a new way is a challenge, because life transitions question our identity and require a reorientation. We would like to accompany you to discover the possibilities and strengths of this phase of life.

in our retreat for "life after working" we invite you to go on a journey of self -reflection and discovery. Under the direction of the psychologist and psychotherapist Dr. Maike Engel and the trainer and coach Christine Kewitz we get together:

look at our life story and understand the heights and depths of our lives

to understand which “lessons” we have learned in our previous life and how we have grown from

our values, passions and interests, which make us as individuals

Redefine work and retirement and explore alternative ways of fulfillment

to shape a life after working life that brings us satisfaction, fulfillment and meaning

This retreat offers a protected space in which you can exchange ideas with like -minded people to support and inspire each other. We believe that each of us has the ability to live a life that is not only shaped by fulfillment of duties, but also by joy, meaning and personal growth.

overnight and catering are responsible for your arrival/departure and accommodation. Alcoholic drinks and snacks on the 1st and 3rd evening as well as a light lunch on the 1st day are included in the price. The School of Life provides tea, coffee and drinks throughout the day. The other lunch and dinner is not provided, but the neighborhood offers numerous cafes and restaurants for lunch breaks.
