About event

Hip opener session to release the tension and trauma

This session was specially designed for women developed for those who want to strengthen their cycle health, hormonal balance and emotional resilience. With targeted movements and breathing techniques, the practice helps to relieve period pain, reduce PMS symptoms and prevent them in the long term.

Why this is important for longevity:

  • Better blood circulation in the pelvic area → supports the uterus, relieves cramps and promotes hormonal balance.
  • Breathing techniques & nervous system regulation → lower stress hormones (cortisol), reduce inflammation and complete the cycle more stable.
  • Trauma-sensitive yoga → gentle movements relieve tension in the pelvis and lower back, where stress and traumatic experiences are often stored.
  • Prevention through continuity → regular practice protects against chronic pain and strengthens the inner Resistance.

In the class you can expect:

  • Gentle flows to promote blood circulation & mobility of the hips and spine
  • Cycle-friendly asanas for pelvic floor & core stability
  • Trauma-sensitive Breathwork for inner security and relaxation
  • Optional short meditation for emotional grounding

Philosophy:
Your cycle health is a key to long-term vitality. This practice connects the body and nervous system so that you not only relieve acute symptoms, but also preventively ensure a pain-free, healthy future.

For whom:

  • Women with period pain or PMS
  • Everyone who has physical or emotional tension in the pelvic area
  • Women who want to invest in their hormonal balance & longevity

Style: Gentle Hatha / Restorative Flow – cycle-friendly, trauma-sensitive, scientific well-founded.
