About me
As a trained trainer and long-time masseur, I teach with passion and fun. I am constantly continuing my education to improve the quality of my workshops. In my work I use techniques from different areas: medical massage, deep tissue massage, wellness techniques such as Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, Tantra and trauma sensitive work to calm the nervous system.
