Exercises to improve body mobility, body tension, dance expression as well as sensitivity and strength when leading. (without partner)
2nd - Sat. November 15th from 12-3 p.m.: CUBAN SOLO MOVES
Various Cuban dance elements from son, afro and timba to enrich the SOLO DANCE. (Without partner)
3.- Sat.29. November from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.: BACHATA SOLO MOVES
Various Bachata elements to give better expression to the body, as well as to enrich the couple dance (without a partner)
