About event
The new show in Berlin for the first time! The Orion Orchestra with one of the world's best tribute bands around Tobias Regner are coming to Berlin for the first time. Soon there will be 500,000 enthusiastic fans around the globe celebrating this classic rock spectacle live. Inspired by Metallica's legendary “S & M” album, violins and guitars meet live on stage here. Experience the new ORION stage show around singer Tobias Regner, who was the first rock singer ever to win DSDS in 2006.
Symphony and Metallica only played live four times worldwide. “Nothing Else Matters” was performed in Berlin in 1999 with an orchestra, the only European concert. The Orion Orchestra honors this live show that has gone down in music history, and original musicians from the legendary Metallica S&M Germany concert on November 19th, 1999 were even there! And shortly afterwards, the legendary Metallica album “S & M” rose to number 1 in the German charts.
The Orion Orchestra still caresses the hard sounds of Metallica's greatest hits through symphonic arrangements, cheered on by their rock band. With attention to detail, rock meets classical here. 100 minutes of energy, passion, impressive live music and an elaborate stage show - a must for fans of Metallica's music.
