🗓 24. May 2025, 7 p.m.
📍 o*Books Bookstore, Vienna
The stars are right on May 24th: For a one -time reading Sophia Hembeck and Jaqueline Scheiber in O*Books. The two authors combine the uncompromising personal form of writing, in which self -reflection and social observation go hand in hand. A letter that never concludes, but opens: for ambivalence and for the unspeaked in between.
Am 24. May from 7:00 p.m. Load O*Books and Koralle Magazin to experience the two authors together - with readings and conversations.
Especially from Edinburgh, Sophia Hembeck recently introduces her book "Things that Treat Different Now" - the last part of her Things trilogy. Jaqueline Scheiber reads from autobiographical texts that evening.
In the subsequent conversation , the two authors tell how they give life to live - not as a chronicle, but as a search movement. You talk about your paths to write, about rituals, doubts, discipline - and what it means to become public with your own voice.
To the end, we invite you to drink, talk and browse through the O*books bookstore.
we look forward to you! Coral
