Terry Jones, Brit., 1979, 94 min., English. ver., Czech. tit.

After a series of absurd and funny circumstances, Brian (Graham Chapman) is mistaken for the Savior his whole life. The absorbing anarchist satire, which has become a cult film for all fans of the legendary group Monty Python (each of its members shines in several roles), does not mock the life of the real Christ, but rather religious fanaticism, crowd hysteria, "revolutionary" ideologies and Hollywood's depiction of everything biblical.
